Play Therapy

What is Play Therapy?

The goal of play therapy is for clients to express their emotions. Because play is the most natural and basic way for a child to express himself, this is the most effective approach for children’s expression. The therapeutic relationship between child and trained play therapist is essential and is really the foundation of the work that the child does. Children might use musical instruments or the sandbox, do art, read books, or play games.
