How much is your private pay fee?

If you don’t have insurance, or choose not to run your insurance, my out of pocket rate is $150. When insurance is used, a diagnosis is required and used for billing purposes. People choose not to use insurance for a variety of reasons, but one is for privacy due to employers having this privileged knowledge of a diagnosis.
